Booking Conditions
Welcome to Pumphouse Point
It is important to us that you are well-informed when you make your booking with us, but so that happens you’ll need to understand our Booking Conditions. These are important because they:
outline the booking process including your payment options and how to cancel your booking; and
explain your obligations and what our obligations are to you.
By making a booking to stay at Pumphouse Point (either directly with us or through our website), you accept these Booking Conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons staying at the property under your booking. If you made a booking with us via a telephone channel and were not provided with these Booking Conditions at the time of booking and you are not satisfied and do not wish to accept these Booking Conditions, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund within 48 hours of being provided your booking confirmation email. Please read these Booking Conditions carefully. Some terms used have a specific meaning given to them in the ‘Definitions’ section below. Our agreement with you includes these Booking Conditions, the Terms of stay () and our Privacy policy (). You need to read all of these together and if there is any inconsistency between them, the Terms of stay prevail, you can view . These Booking Conditions do not apply to Group Bookings (view the Group booking conditions ).
Important Information Cancellation fees: If you cancel your booking because you have changed your mind, depending on the time of year for which your booking has been made, cancellation fees to the total booking value may apply. This does not apply to cancellations in limited circumstances due to causes beyond our control (see below for further details).
Refunds: Some refunds over a certain amount and refunds for payments made via BPay may also take up to 30 days to be processed.
Liability: Your credit card may be charged a reasonable amount for non-return of keys and loan equipment, for items missing from the accommodation or damage to our property caused by you (or those staying with you).
