Spring Wellness Retreat

Pumphouse Point welcomes you to its first wellness retreat, a healing and transformative experience immersed in world heritage wilderness to allow you to switch off and refocus on your mind, body and soul.

Spring is a time for awakening; for emerging out of winter’s hibernation with energy and enthusiasm. In Tasmania, it’s a time for coming back to nature with awareness and presence, as a remedy to the daily grind of our busy digital lives.

MOVE

Daily  movement sessions such as yoga and Qi Gong will hamonise and rebalance the body in preparation for spring, and induce a calm state for rejuvenation.

NOURISH

Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are included daily and will be served in our communal dining room, consisting of nutritious whole foods and local organic produce that will leave you feeling fresh, light and cleansed.

LEARN

Our special guests will lead mentoring sessions to equip you with tools to take away for mindfulness practice, stress management and gut health beyond the retreat.

RELAX

A 60-minute therapeutic massage treatment from our nurturing therapists is included for all retreat guests to melt away the pressures of daily life. 

EXPLORE

Row on the lake, glide away on our e-bikes or set out into the forests or beaches to walk with the wildlife and blow the cobwebs away.
