OUR COVID-SAFETY PLAN
We are committed to keeping you safe and stress-free during your stay with us. In keeping with current government restrictions and in the interest of your safety and ours, we have a COVID-safe plan to ensure you can leave the worries of the world at the gate. Some of the things we’ve implemented include:
- Arrival: Reduced contact and physical interaction at check-in and check-out, touchless transactions, sanitised room keys and sanitiser stations in high traffic areas.
- Public Spaces and Communal Areas: Increased deep cleaning of high touch surfaces and areas, spacing and reduction of furniture for social distancing.
- Food & Beverage: Operational changes to food & beverage requirements and delivery; no share plates, new food & beverage standards and service protocols. Spaced timeslots at breakfast implemented for guests.
- Rooms: Room servicing will occur at the end of your stay only to ensure you remain as undisturbed and socially distanced as possible. We’ve removed some in-room collateral and other high touch items, and upgraded laundry protocols.

If travel restrictions, border restrictions or business closures due to COVID-19 prevent you from visiting Pumphouse Point, we will happily issue you a gift voucher for the total value paid, valid to use for 3 years from the date of cancellation.
